We understand that purchasing a home can be very a stressful time. You should have your property examined through the eyes of an impartial third party that is working in your best interest. We have a responsibility to you, our clients, to provide you with the information you need about the defects and deficiencies of the property so you will be able to make an informed decision.

 

HomeWorks Inspections, LLC will deliver to our clients a professional computerized inspection report complete with digital photo’s, utilizing HomeGauge Software in a concise easy to understand format which informs you of the condition of the property at the time of the inspection. The inspection report, in most cases, will be available the same day as the inspection either by download or email. Depending upon the time of the inspection and the condition of the property some reports may take longer.

 

We encourage all of our clients to attend the inspection if at all possible.

The inspection gives you an opportune time to learn and discover more about the property ask questions and gain valuable insight into many systems that are required to maintain a home. 

 

Remember, we are “Building Relationships One Client At A Time” therefore if we recommend repairs to your future home and the seller has those items repaired, we will return to the property to reinspect those items at No Additional Charge.
