A thorough home inspection will depend heavily, on the inspector’s own effort, and his pride in presenting you with the best possible inspection available.

It is our job to inform you, our client, as best we can, to the condition of the structure and any defects major or otherwise that are observed at the time of the inspection.To accomplish this we will spend a minimum of 3 to 4 hours on site during the inspection.  Depending upon the age and condition of the structure, additional time may be needed.

We provide and deliver, to our clients, a computerized inspection report complete with digital pictures, in a concise easy to understand format, which informs you of the condition of the home at the time of the inspection.
