Moving from out of state into SC I never used a home inspector. I have to say we were impressed with Ken's attention to detail even though the home was a new build. I figured since it was a new home it would be a quick job for Ken. However Ken looked at everything!! And found a few things that did in fact need attention. One of the things Ken found was electrical which did not meet SC code. I was very impressed with Ken and the time he took even though it was a new build! Thanks Ken!!
